End User License Agreement (EULA)

Impedo does not use a custom license agreement. Use of the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement — the same default terms that apply to any App Store app without its own EULA.

- The official, full text of the standard EULA is published and maintained by Apple itself: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
- This agreement is between you and Impedo (the developer), not between you and Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the agreement.
- By downloading or using Impedo, you agree to the terms of this standard agreement.
